REALTOR® is a registered mark which identifies a professional in real
estate who subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics as a member of the
National Association of REALTORS®, (NAR). Those not affiliated with NAR
may not be called, nor may they refer to themselves as REALTORS®. The
term REALTOR® does not denote a vocation. It is not a term to be used
interchangeably with titles like real estate broker, salesperson, or
real estate licensee. There is a difference.
